THE SHIPPING:
Once the purchase of one of our designs has been made, the processing time of an order takes from 1 to 5 business days, the shipment is made through the Fedex ground service. We offer as part of our promotion and sales process the incentive of FREE SHIPPING on all purchases and on all products in our store.

 RETURNS: 
All returns Accepted.
 The buyer should contact us within 7 days after receiving the item.
The costs of returning the Item will be assumed by the buyer.
The refund of the total purchase will be effective after 14 days.

ENSURANCE AND  DAMAGES:  
All orders are insured. If you receive an item that has been damaged during   shipment, please contact us   immediately to provide you the replacements parts for FREE. Save all packing  materials and paperwork. If you   notice external damage to the package at the time of delivery, alert the delivery  person at that time, and if   possible, have them verify this damage in writing.
 
 RETURNS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item or items. Returns will only be   accepted and money refunded if all of the following conditions are met: 1. Items must be in original condition as   shipped. 2. Notification of your intention to make a return must be received by us within seven days of delivery of   the item(s). 3.
